    We’re seeing significant improvement in both scribble and URL previews, and these features should be working again for most Genio Notes users. However, we are still observing low levels of errors, and we’re continuing to monitor performance closely. The earlier issues were caused by a wider Cloudflare outage affecting some of our third-party providers.

    Live captions for non-English languages remain affected, and we are continuing to investigate this separately.
